Agressive Adhesive

I was looking for a vinyl with a very aggressive adhesive that would conform to a rough surface, and that I thought we could get several years out of since our site gets very little sun. I looked at a lot of options from various suppliers and spoke to an Arlon representative about DPF 8000™ Ultra Tack and DPF 6700.

Strong Performance

We pull tested both films at the soccer wall. The DPF 6700 went on very well with heat – and stuck to the wall well. I was one of the installers on site and I was very impressed on how easy the material was to install with the use of heat and rough surface application tools.

Amount of material used for each wall:

Soccer Wall: 5 rolls of DPF 6700 and Series 3220
Soccer Wall Dimensions: 16’ tall x 175’ wide
Gym Wall: 1 1/3 rolls of DPF 6700 and Series 3220
Gym Wall Dimensions: 14’ tall x 40’ wide

HP Latex 260 61” printer

Soccer Wall: 4 days with 4 installers
Gym Wall: 2 days with 2 installers
