Arlon Graphics Appoints New President

Placentia, California - May 3, 2007

Arlon Graphics is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr. Ronald Hopkins as President, succeeding Mr. Elmer Pruim. Elmer had served as the Arlon Graphics President for 10 years and recently moved outside Arlon to pursue various entrepreneurial opportunities. Ron was formerly Vice President, Arlon Graphics with responsibility for marketing, technical services, international sales, and R&D.

The parent company of Arlon, Bairnco Corporation (formerly traded as symbol BZ on the NYSE) was recently acquired through a tender offer by WHX Corporation, of which Steel Partners II, L.P., based in New York, USA, is the majority shareholder. Steel Partners, operating through Steel Partners, Ltd. and various affiliates, invests in all layers of capital structure, including public and private equity and debt securities, in companies in the United States, Asia, and Europe.

Mr. John Quicke, an Operating Partner with Steel Partners, Ltd., was named President and CEO of Bairnco Corporation. John Quicke is the former Vice Chairman and Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer of Sequa; a NYSE- listed diversified industrial company.

In his capacity as CEO of Bairnco, Mr. Quicke announced that all Bairnco companies, including Arlon Graphics, will introduce various programs designed to achieve Operational Excellence. One of the first major priorities will be the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to the Arlon Graphics Santa Ana, CA and San Antonio, TX facilities. In addition, Arlon Graphics will continue with recent initiatives to develop sales in emerging markets, expand its print media product line, and grow its core business of cast opaque and translucent films.
