Arlon Announces Ivonne Uruena as Customer Service Manager

Placentia, California - November 27, 2007

Arlon is pleased to announce Ivonne Uruena as Customer Service Manager for Arlon Coated Products Division. As a member of the Arlon team, Ivonne will manage the customer service department, which deals directly with customers and is the first point of contact. She will develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency of order entry, and work with shipping to achieve the highest level of service to the customer.

“Ivonne brings 10 years of Customer Service and Office Management experience to Arlon as well as fluency in English and Spanish, which will greatly benefit our International Sales”, states Brian Holbert, VP Sales & Marketing.

Prior to joining Arlon, Ivonne served as Customer Service Manager at Castec, Inc. Ivonne has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Barranquilla, Colombia.

Elaine Hall was previously Customer Service Manager for Arlon Coated Products, and has accepted a new position with the company as the Customer Service Manager for Signtech/Spec Sales.
