Arlon Single-Coated foam tapes are manufactured with the
highest quality raw materials. The foam used in these tapes
is a medical grade, closed-cell, PE:EVA copolymer foam (specialty
polyethylene foam). Arlon ECP also offers tapes made with
lower cost general purpose polyethylene foam and fire retardant
polyethylene foam.
Arlon uses both emulsion (water-based) and solvent-borne synthetic rubber and acrylic adhesives to meet a variety of performance and cost requirements.
Arlon Single-Coated foam tapes have been used in a variety of industries, for gasketing, cushioning, and sealing.
We offer a tape with PET film support that gives excellent
dimensional stability for die-cutting.
We also offer tapes made with fire retardant PE foam if
your application has UL Flammability requirements.
